Investor Relations Associate Opportunity with FemHealth Ventures

FemHealth Ventures (www.femhealthventures.com) is a women’s health-focused venture capital firm that is (re)imagining women’s health to include a spectrum of conditions and investing in new products that address the health for half the population: women. 

We are seeking to add an Investor Relations Associate to our team. The Investor Relations Associate will work closely with the FemHealth Ventures team to assist with investor relations and business development initiatives for the venture firm. The ideal candidate is excited about the opportunity in women's health, wants to help grow a venture capital firm, and thrives in a small-team entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

1. Investor relations (e.g., communicating with existing and potential investors)
2. Prepare, maintain, and update marketing documents including PowerPoint presentation and data room.
3. Assist with marketing effort including sourcing investors through online research, emails, LinkedIn outreach, attending conferences, meetings, etc.
4. Attend and participate in meetings with current and potential investors.
5. Manage communications with current investors via email and newsletters.
6. Manage social media accounts for FemHealth Ventures.
7. Assist with business development for portfolio companies and the firm broadly.
8. Assist with other matters relating to the operation of the fund.

 Required Experience

1. 4 or more years of experience from either investor relations, business development, investment banking, or consulting role.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Bachelor's degree with top grades.
4. Detail-oriented with strong project management, organizational skills, and process management.
5. Ability to work in a collaborative environment with other members of the team and thrive in a fast-paced small, entrepreneurial environment.

4. Hybrid with 1-2 days in the office
5. Travel for conferences and meetings
