Investor Relations Specialist

Coda Search is partnering with global asset management firm that that is seeking to hire an Investor Relations Analyst in Fairfield County, CT. This is a dynamic company that has over $20BN AUM and have an outstanding reputation in the industry. The team is seeking to hire an Investor Relations Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the Director of IR preparing marketing materials, RFP’s/DDQ’s and preparing investor/client reports. The role gets great exposure across the group working closely with business development, sales, marketing and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare marketing materials including pitchbooks, meeting materials, presentations, and questionnaires
• Assist in fundraising initiatives, including the preparation of fundraising presentations and due diligence materials.
• Prepare RFP's and DDQ's
• Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely outcomes
• Oversee and update the CRM system with client information
• Receive and respond to client inquiries and coordinate updates
• Assist with any ad-hoc projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or business relation field
• 1+ years of experience in financial services
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP’s, pivots, SUMIF, etc)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
