Position: Investor Relations Specialist

Job Responsibilities

The Investor Relations Specialist role is pivotal to the success of our clients. In this position, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining robust client relationships, coordinating meetings and onboarding processes, and ensuring the seamless implementation of our investor relations programs.

• Qualify stock brokers, accredited investors, and family offices for our client companies.
• Manage client expectations and oversee client accounts.
• Leverage our comprehensive technology stack, including Notion, Salesforce, Thomson Reuters Eikon, and various financial market software, to enhance client engagement and streamline processes.
• Assist with our going-public services, providing support in business plan writing, financial modeling, S-1 registrations, and other aspects of the IPO process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of four years of sales experience, preferably in phone sales.
• Strong management and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and business communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to plan ahead.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Knowledge of financial markets is strongly preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Preferred Experience

• Former Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).
• Registered Representatives.
• Capital Markets experience.
