Job Summary/Purpose


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Administrator to join our team. The IT Administrator will be responsible for providing office support, managing hardware staging, handling onboarding and access management, coordinating printer supplies, and managing asset recovery processes. This role requires strong technical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.


Responsibilities


  • Provide office support by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with IT equipment setup, and responding to user inquiries.
  • Manage hardware staging processes, including imaging, configuring, and deploying computers and other devices.
  • Handle onboarding and access management tasks, including provisioning user all accounts, assigning permissions, and setting up new employee workstations.
  • Coordinate printer supplies, including ordering and replenishing consumables such as ink and paper.
  • Manage assets recovery processes, including decommissioning old equipment, ensuring data security, and coordinating equipment disposal or recycling.
  • Maintain accurate records of all IT assets and inventory levels.
  • Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years experience in IT support and administration.
  • Strong technical skills in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Experience with hardware imaging, staging, and deployment processes.
  • Familiarity with user onboarding and access management procedures.
  • Knowledge of printer supplies management and asset recovery processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to professionally interact with management and coworkers.
  • Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking, and prioritizing capabilities.


The annual salary range for this position may vary from $70,000.00 - $85,000.00, and if applicable, may be eligible for bonuses and other incentive opportunities. The rate of pay offered may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
