IT Administrator

As an IT Administrator, you will play a vital role in our global support team. Your main responsibility will be to assist our colleagues by resolving diverse technical issues via a ticketing system. Additionally, you will create detailed manuals and guides to help them navigate common problems and use our products efficiently. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, outstanding communication skills, and a strong passion for helping others.

• Maintain and manage hardware and software for PVcase's current and future employees.
• Communicate and manage relationships with external IT service providers, VPN, and Active Directory.
• Work with implemented security systems (e.g., VPN).
• Install, implement, and maintain effective security systems (e.g., VPN, Endpoint Protection, SIEM, DLP, IDS/IPS, Firewall).
• Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks associated with business activities.
• Perform and document IT systems audits.
• Conduct regular security awareness training for all employees to ensure high levels of compliance with policies and procedures.
• Onboard new colleagues, including setting up their new work machines (Windows/Linux/MacOS).
• 3+ years of experience in an infrastructure/security-related field.
• Bachelor's degree in System or Network Administration preferred.
• Proven experience with Linux, Windows, and Mac operating systems.
• Experience with security systems: Firewall, VPN, Endpoint Protection, SIEM, DLP, IDS/IPS, AD (Active Directory), and password manager.
• Experience in developing policies and procedures around information security.
• Experience with remote access (TeamViewer / AnyDesk)
• Experience with SOC2 policies.
• Experience with IT service desk, remote, and live support on software, laptops, and other IT-related issues.
• Ability to solve complex tasks quickly and independently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary Range: 70,000 - 90,000 USD gross/yearly. The final offer will depend on experience, competencies, and expectations.

The candidate must be in one of the following cities/towns: Denver, Boulder, Longmont, Loveland, Greeley, Windsor, Fort Collins, or Wellington.
