Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savant IT Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology and its applications in solving real-world business challenges. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring system efficiency, and contributing to projects that enhance our technological capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to software development projects throughout the entire development life cycle.
  • Provide programming and technical support in the development of new applications and functions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on multiple projects and ensure that architecture and design specifications are met.
  • Where warranted, lead issue resolution, gap analysis, risk, or other review sessions with identified groups, internal or external.
  • The position entails managing multiple applications used by an organization to ensure a scalable, reliable, and available architectural system.
  • Ensure proper documentation of software design and developing processes to produce.
  • Project Management:
  • Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Represent the IT department in terms of architecture design and software development expertise in coordination with other departments and programs
  • Create the required process documentation to help drive requirements
  • Strategic Direction:
  • Address complex technical challenges and troubleshoot issues, providing effective solutions to ensure project success.
  • Provide strategic direction and architectural guidance to the development team.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of our software development processes.
  • Document and maintain architectural design, technical configuration, and mapping.
  • Document and maintain best practices, standards, and processes for managing the structure and operations of the Data Warehouse environment.
  • Manage and drive the capture of requirements and design of business metrics, data definitions, and data standards.
  • Understanding of key concepts related to master data management, data standards, and data organizations preferably including IT data modeling.
  • Lead/assist efforts to resolve data quality problems by collaborating with process owners, subject matter experts, and data stewards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure and database systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
  • Experience in working with ETL processes
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience.
