We are looking to fill an onsite IT Helpdesk in Annapolis, MD.
This is a 12 weeks contract.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with the following:
- Professional experience working in a help desk technical support role researching & answering user questions & troubleshooting user problems
- Experience maintaining, monitoring, patching, and reimaging workstations
- Experience assisting both onsite users as well as remote users
- Experience planning, integrating and maintaining software and hardware for local or wide area computer networks
- Experience troubleshooting hardware / software, network computers and printers, and a variety of supported applications
- Experience and understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policies, and File Permissions
- Experience with maintaining inventory for computer hardware
- Physical ability to lift 50-pounds
- Valid driver's license
