Overview: We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our IT department. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure, systems, and support services. Roles And Responsibilities

  • IT Infrastructure Management:
    • Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud services.
    • Ensure the availability, security, and performance of IT systems and infrastructure to meet business needs.
  • Team Leadership and Management:
    • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, network engineers, help desk technicians, and other support staff.
    • Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • IT Operations and Support:
    • Manage IT operations, including monitoring systems performance, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems promptly.
    • Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Project Management and Strategic Planning:
    • Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
    • Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Vendor Management and Budgeting:
    • Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and consultants to ensure delivery of contracted services and solutions.
    • Prepare and manage IT budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenditures, and optimizing IT spending.
Skills And Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an IT Manager, IT Director, or similar leadership role, with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, operations, and support services.
  • Strong technical background in areas such as network administration, system administration, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in project management, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and best practices in IT service management.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL Foundation, CISSP) are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, operations, and teams in a corporate environment.
