So, where do you fit in?

We are looking for IT Specialist whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience.” Somebody who is passionate about technology and has excellent problem-solving skills to assist all our internal employees with their IT needs and occasionally help with mass hire events/new branch onboarding. We will provide the necessary training, support, and work environment to help you succeed. These responsibilities will give you an idea, but not a full picture of what you will do as a Helpdesk and IT Specialist, as we work to embrace and capitalize on our employee’s strengths:

  • Active Directory Management: Creating, managing and maintaining user accounts.
  • O365 Management: Proficiency in configuring and administering Office 365 services.
  • Azure Tenant Management: Familiarity with Azure Active Directory. Experience in managing user accounts, roles, and permissions.
  • Onboarding: Assisting in the onboarding process by helping create new user accounts, issue equipment, and provide IT related guidance to new hires when onboarding large groups of new hires.
  • VMWare/vSphere Management: Knowledge of VMWare virtualization technologies including vSphere and ESXi. Competency in creating and managing virtual machines.
  • WDS Imaging: Proficiency in Windows Deployment Services (WDS) for operating system deployment and imaging. Ability to create and maintain standardized OS images for desktop deployment.
  • Scripting and PowerShell: Capable of developing scripts to streamline IT processes and troubleshoot issues.
  • Other tasks as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an IT Helpdesk role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to pass background checks.
  • Able to travel 10-15% of the time.
  • Strong knowledge of new hire onboarding, cyber security principles, IT tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with security monitoring and incident response.
  • Familiarity with network security technologies and protocols.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to stay updated with the latest IT developments, cyber threats, and security trends.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+).
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
