- Execute on hiring top talent across all U.S. functions with a specific focus on B2B Sales, Customer Success, and Product across different levels.
- Own and track key metrics and data to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Work cross-functionally with senior leaders to develop hiring strategies and execute them.
- Coach hiring managers on recruiting best practices including interviewing and selection.
- Elevate the employment brand through various strategies and initiatives.
- 8+ years of recruitment experience.
- 3+ years of talent acquisition team management experience.
- Bachelor's Degree required, MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- Deep knowledge of the applicant tracking system, Greenhouse, and other relevant recruitment and sourcing technologies.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus.
- Strong data-driven approach to building recruitment processes and reporting for scale.
