Junior Accountant

Our growing Commercial Real Estate firm is on the hunt for an individual to join our dynamic Accounting Team in a fast-paced work environment with a potential for growth and advancement. Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities:

Assist Senior Accountants with:

• Daily Cash Management
• Bank Reconciliations
• Monthly Closings and Journal Entry Prep
• Financial Statement Analytics
• Budget Preparation
  
  

Other:

• Duty coverage for team members as necessary
• Rent Billings and Service Invoicing
• Accounts Payable Review and Coding
• Accounts Receivable Posting as needed
• Payroll Processing
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years of progressive accounting experience
• Comprehensive problem-solving skills
• Yardi experience a plus
• Payroll experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Products
  
  

Compensation: $24.00 - $28.85/hour, plus eligibility for an annual achievement bonus.
