We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices, including general ledger management, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist in the preparation of tax filings and audit documentation.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial controls and reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
