Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, marketing, advertising, and printing. Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and print materials such as shelf talkers, sell sheets, posters, case cards, price books, and presentation materials.
  • Assist in creating original visual media, including logos, banners, and interfaces, that effectively communicate the desired message.
  • Produce drafts, models, and prototypes using various design techniques and collaborate with team members for project approval.
  • Use feedback from senior designers and other team members to improve designs and achieve the highest quality outcomes.
  • Assist in the deployment and management of social media platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns.
  • Support basic WordPress website development by updating existing pages and creating new ones using established layouts.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing staff, managers, and graphic designers to understand project requirements and deliver visually engaging concepts.
  • Prepare print orders and assembly instructions after receiving final approval from the project team.
  • Help with the printing and cutting of POS materials and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality print products.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Art, or a related field.
  • 2- 3 years of experience as a Junior Designer or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat DC Pro, Adobe Stock, and Adobe Font).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
  • Understanding of visual elements like layout, type, and fonts, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity, problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to pitch creative ideas effectively.
  • A high value for quality with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication and proofreading skills, with the ability to detect and correct grammatical or typographical errors.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and external vendors to ensure cohesive project outcomes.
