About the Role:

Mollie Stone’s Markets is looking forafull-time JuniorGraphic Designerwho can help us share our story, culture and mission. This hourly/non-exempt positionwillbesupportingtheMarketingTeamonvariousdigital and print related projects.

Essential Functions:

• Design marketing collateral following our brand standardsandtemplates
• Comfortable designing forbothprint and digital formats
• Assist with photoshoots and digitaluploads
• PhotoRetouching
• Printing and collatingseasonal in-storemarketing
• Assist with Socialcustomerengagement
• Assistwiththecompany’s main websitemaintenance
• OrganizePhotoArchive
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1(one) to 3(three)yearsofGraphicDesignExperience
• Design PortfolioRequired
• Copy-writing knowledgehelpful
• Abletoworkbothremotely andatthe office, depending on the needs of thebusiness
• Local SF Bay Area candidates only
  
  

Competencies:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellentattention to detail
• Strongorganizational skills
• Must maintain confidential informationandknow-how
• Ability tohandle expensiveandfragileequipment(cameras, lights, etc.)
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting: min. of35 lbs
• Standing: Up to8hours per day
• Seating: Up to8hours per day
• Walking: Up to 4 hours per day
• Reaching: Up to 1 hourper day
• Able to travel to store locations independently and asneeded
  
  

Compensation:

Pay Range: $24.00 to $28.85/hour - Depending on Experience
