Context:

We are a marketing agency, and are looking for a creative strategist who can work full-time with us. You will work directly with our clients.

Your job will involve:

✅ Finding creative, but most importantly, selling concepts and angles for ads

✅ Analyzing customers' products and markets to understand which good angles exist

✅ Creating briefs to be followed by UGC creators

✅ Implementing strategies and driving results.

The result should be finished commercials that we can distribute in paid channels for the customer.

Qualifications:

You need to have experience and good skills in marketing and ad production for social media. We are looking for relevant experience as a content producer and strategist.We will not emphasize formal education. The most important thing is experience and competence.

Salary:

You get a commission per video plus a minimum monthly compensation. You're guaranteed a compensation, at the same time as the upside is unlimited for commission per video.

Curve.no is an agency that was started exactly one year ago (summer 2023) and has since then grown in turnover with enormous growth. In July, we have a turnover of above half a million, and are now set up for even more growth. We have grown by over 700% since the start of 2024.
