Lab Technician- 229432

Job Description:

• Conduct laboratory research independently, with the oversight of the research leaders
• Troubleshoot scientific equipment.
• Oversee lab record-keeping, data entry, and database organization and maintenance.
• Perform initial data analyses.
• Provide general research support for projects.
• Oversee daily research lab operations.
• Bacterial growth and cell culturing
• Other duties and/or projects as assigned.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, ect or equivalent training.
• Individual must be able to work independently and have a strong work ethic.
• Experience working bacteria culture is required
• Experience with SEM is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
