* Proven experience leading installations and overseeing install crews.
* Strong complex wiring configurations and low voltage installation (Cat 5, Cat 5e, Cat 6, etc.)
* Experience with Video Conferencing Technologies (Zoom, MS Teams, BlueJeans, etc.)
* Experience installing DSP systems (Crestron, Extron, QSYS and BIAMP).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
*Experience leading installation crews and projects.
*Experience configuring IP Networks.
*AVIXA CTS Certification.

Job Description
The Lead AV Installation Technician will support clients in the Nashville, TN area. This person will be responsible for leading installation crews, providing mentorship to Tier 1 and 2 techs, complex wiring configurations, equipment repair and close of job duties. A successful person in this role shows determination and willingness to learn, grow and mentor technicians.
