Learning and Development Coordinator

Job Description

This role will support all learning and development activities for the region and provide operational support for the L&D team. It will establish operational processes and protocols and manage them at the regional and local levels. It will provide support in the coordination and execution of training programs. It will also manage tracking and reporting in relevant learning systems to provide metrics to leadership teams.

Key Accountabilities

  • In partnership with Director, L&D and Country HR teams, coordinate all training programs at the regional level
  • Manage overall training calendar for regional and local activities
  • Manage all learning program communications
  • Assign courses and run relevant reports in learning management systems
  • Provide coordination and logistics support for the execution of training programs and sessions
  • Liaise with other departments to confirm speakers and topics in training programs
  • Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviors in harmony with DP World’s Founder’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Office Administration, Human Resources, or Event Coordination
  • Prior experience with supporting training sessions
  • Prior experience with learning management systems
  • Prior experience working with multiple geographies and business units
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred
