Overview: As a Learning Designer, you will engage in a variety of eLearning initiatives for IT learning and development. The role requires a strong grasp of graphic design, instructional design, developer tools, digital asset management, and content distribution methods. Keeping pace with the latest training technology, interactive learning tools, processes, and best practices is essential.

Overview: As a Learning Designer, you will engage in a variety of eLearning initiatives for IT learning and development. The role requires a strong grasp of graphic design, instructional design, developer tools, digital asset management, and content distribution methods. Keeping pace with the latest training technology, interactive learning tools, processes, and best practices is essential.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design or Instructional Design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, or similar programs.
- Familiarity with eLearning software such as Articulate 360, SCORM, and Storyline is a plus.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
- Proven ability to develop graphics and layouts for learning products across various formats (e.g., PDF, websites, web-based training, e-books) and refine them based on feedback.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across the organization, coupled with strong organizational and synthesizing abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
- Flexible and team-oriented, with experience in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic setting.
- Quick learner with a thorough approach to new challenges.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant work is required.
- Results-driven, with the ability to meet or exceed aggressive deadlines while maintaining high standards.
- Commitment to embracing diversity, safety, and security in the workplace.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements, where applicable.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Instructional Design, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Management, or Engineering; or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of cloud migration concepts, methods, and technologies.
- Develop highly engaging and interactive learning solutions using industry-standard eLearning software.
- Integrate graphic design principles into practical, application-based learning design to create effective and engaging learning experiences.
- Collaborate in a team environment to design, develop, and build blended learning experiences.
