Are you an experienced Administrative Assistant with a knack for organization and a positive attitude? We're looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is based in Pine Brook, NJ, with the flexibility to work from our New York office one day a week and remote options available during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to grow and learn while working in a supportive environment with great benefits, including healthcare and a 401k plan. What You'll Do
Manage attorney calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments, taking travel time into account.
Track Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits, schedule CLE courses, and submit certificates of completion.
Scan and save documents to our document management system (NetDocs).
Use CenterBase for time management.
Track documents for execution.
Answer direct lines promptly and courteously.
Coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
Draft, proofread, and revise legal documents and other case materials.
Communicate effectively with staff, attorneys, and clients.
Maintain excellent organization and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
Proficiency in MS Word and Adobe.
Above-average proficiency with MAC OS.
Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, proofreading, and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
