Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

Location: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, or nearby areas in NJ

Job Type: Full-Time (In-office with the possibility of 1-2 days remote after 4 months of a satisfactory performance)

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • M365 Entra/Active Directory Account Management:
    • New User Setups/Terminations
    • Password Resets
    • Security Group Allocation
    • Provisioning Licenses
    • SharePoint Folder Rights and Mapping
  • 365 Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams):
    • Distro Groups
    • Troubleshoot Email and Calendar Issues
  • System Administration:
    • System Builds
    • VPN End User Software Installation and Troubleshooting
    • Intune Basics
    • Knowledge of Virus Removal Tools
    • Knowledge of Spam Filtering Systems for Blocking/Allowing
  • Tools and Platforms:
    • ConnectWise (Kaseya experience is a plus but not required)

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of IT support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of M365 Entra/Active Directory and Office 365 Suite.
  • Experience with VPN, Intune, and system builds.
  • Familiarity with virus removal tools and spam filtering systems.
  • MSP experience is highly desirable.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be located in or have a very short commute from Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, or nearby areas in NJ.
