We are currently seeking licensed clinicians LPC, LMFT, LCSW for full-time positions in our Green Bay, WI location.

Clinicians have the option of onsite, telehealth or hybrid scheduling.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $52,400 to $91,800 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
  
  

Requirements:

• Doctoral or master’s degree in psychology, social work or a related counseling field
• Minimum of two years clinical experience
• Independent mental health license in WI
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
• Demonstrated history of professional growth and development
• Initiative-taking and independent clinicians are able to quickly build rapport with clients.

• Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
• Experience with children or adolescents.
• Experience with couples or family counseling.
• Experience with health psychology.
