Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Manage financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Active LNHA license in good standing in the state of Ohio.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred)
Proven Experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or senior living setting.
Strong Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in Skilled and Long-term care setting.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
