Litigation Management, Inc. is seeking a full-time remote Litigation Manager to serve as primary client contact and project lead. The Litigation Manager is responsible for building, maintaining, and managing both new and legacy client relationships with an eye towards retention and growth.
This is a full-time remote position with the expected working hours of 8:30 am – 5 pm ET, with additional hours as needed depending on client needs.
The expected range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
The primary responsibilities of this role are:
Facilitating and coordinating work for the client through coordinating and scheduling product deadlines and monitoring appropriate budget information.
Maintaining regular contact with clients through phone calls, e-mail, monthly status reports, etc.
Immediately responding to, resolving, and reporting any client questions or concerns.
Documenting all client contact in the client contact database.
Monitoring all work products against deadlines and coordinate between departments to ensure that client deadlines are met.
Conducting quality reviews of final work products and distributing according to client specifications.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or legal field or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of experience managing or assisting in the management of large-scale litigation.
Superb oral and written communication skills, with experience documenting client and business agreements.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred qualifications:
Project Management certification.
Experience in managing product liability litigation for the defense.
Experience with medical terminology and/or medical records.
