We are an active civil defense litigation firm seeking a self-motivated, experienced Litigation Paralegal candidate! We are conveniently located at Ray Rd and the 101 in Chandler.

What you will do:

  • Work onsite in a collaborative environment in the East Valley
  • Assist with the preparation, filing and service of discovery and pleadings in state and federal court
  • Records review
  • Assist with case strategy
  • Organize documents and other evidence, for motions, briefs and trial
  • Assist the trial team in the courtroom.
  • Work in Litigation software such as the CaseMap Suite, Relativity, and IPRO Open Discovery

What you need to have:

  • Paralegal Certificate
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Dependability
  • Flexibility to work overtime if needed
  • Specialized knowledge in complex civil litigation and eDiscovery
  • Ability to manage a large volume of files
  • Familiarity with Federal and Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure.
