Litigation Paralegal for Defense Firm (HYBRID SCHEDULE)

A nationally recognized defense firm in Seattle, is seeking a senior litigation paralegal. The ideal candidate will have a very strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a team atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be responsible for document reviews and organization, assessing evidence, document database management, witness interviews, and investigation. Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 6 years of litigation experience AND some Casualty practice

Must Have a High Level Of The Following

• Attention to detail
• Strong oral and written communication skills
  

Must Have Experience Analyzing And Summarizing The Following

• Medical records
• Preparing subpoenas
• Discovery requests and responses
• Conducting background and fact investigations
• Assisting attorneys in both state and federal court trials in Washington.
  

Must Be Proficient With The Following Software And Programs

• Relativity
• Westlaw
• Case Notebook
• Eclipse
• Sanction
• Trial Pad
• CourtTrax
