This position will be responsible for loss mitigation case management.
The position will involve reviewing Loss Mitigation cases, including but not limited to loan modifications, payment deferrals and forbearance.
Loss Mitigation cases are decided in the system(s). Communication with servicers takes place via email.
Modification and loss mitigation knowledge is required and know what it’s like to work in a production environment.
Candidates need to have 3+ years of retention solutions experience.
Need candidates who may have experience working at a servicer shop: who has mortgage knowledge.
Candidates must have excellent communication and written skills, along with business acumen.
Applications that the candidate may work on will be systems, Salesforce, MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
Overall experience: 3 -5 years
