Logistics Coordinator

Our Logistics department is looking for a motivated and bright that can help streamline existing processes to support the company’s growth.

You Will

• Manage, monitor & track Inbound shipments thru receipt of goods
• Coordinating with our freight forwarder & UPS
• Respond to and manage all inquiries in a timely and professional manner ensuring accuracy of information
• Route domestic shipments for the fastest delivery, in the shortest amount of time, at the best price
• Support the distribution center with export shipment documents for client orders
• Liaise with the Finance team by on time submission of reporting for freight invoices, checking accuracy
  
  

Hourly Pay Rate: $19 Hour

Job requirements

You Have/Are

• 2+ years of experience working in a logistics team
• Great communication and prioritization skills when under pressure
• Ability to work and learn together as a team in a growing company
