Position Summary
As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our global logistics operations, driving efficiency and excellence in service delivery. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize supply chain processes, ensure on-time performance, and foster strong relationships across our network. Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with transportation RFQs and generating transportation reports.
Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Monitor and anticipate freight volumes, adjusting strategies to meet capacity and network challenges.
Act as a key liaison between various brands and corporate facilities to address logistics requirements.
Manage carrier relationships to ensure compliance with company policies and resolve issues promptly.
Support project execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Business Systems
Assist in implementing software and applications to streamline logistics processes and enhance operational efficiencies.
Process Development
Develop and implement procedures to improve operational processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and customer requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using analytical methodologies and data-driven insights.
