We are looking for a strong leader that is polished, organized, patient, diplomatic, and a proven agent of change! Ideal candidates will come from a polished, luxury hotel or resort environment with multiple outlets and busy banquet programs. This position will require living and working in a rural area of Eastern Washington State.

Luxury Resort Director Of Food And Beverage Qualifications

• 2+ years as a director of Food and Beverage or 5+ years of progressive leadership positions in food and beverage in a polished, luxury environment in FOH operations
• 2+ years of experience in Banquets and catering in a luxury environment including social and group
• Proven experience as an agent of change
• Strong desire to live and work in a rural area in Eastern Washington State
  
  

Luxury Resort Director Of Food And Beverage Responsibilities

• Work in concert with the Executive Chef and under the GM to create a vision for the food and beverage program
• Create budgets and forecasts for the food and beverage department
• Work with the sales team to increase group capture and maximize event space utilization
• Create programming and SOPs for the Food and Beverage department under the guidance of the GM
• Hire, train, and develop the food and beverage team
• Champion positive and polished food and beverage workplace culture
