Job Details

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and life cycle.
• Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
• Inspect machines, engines, transmissions etc. and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues.
• Ensure that all mechanical and electrical systems are up to date and meet all standard regulations.
• Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Oversee inventory and order new parts when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Prepare and control department budget, forecast needs and manage expenditures.
• Train and guide subordinates in the latest technology and automation.
• Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management or a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and PLC.
• Proven experience in conducting routine inspections and maintenance tasks.
• Advanced skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of safety compliance and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field is preferred.
