Ideal Candidate Requirements:
1-3 years as a maintenance mechanic
Strong knowledge in electrical troubleshooting, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics
HS diploma or vocational training in industrial mechanics/electrical
Basic welding skills
Experience with Megamation and PM scheduling is a plus
Proficient in using CMMS
Key Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain mechanical and hydraulic components of production machines
Inspect and listen to machines to locate malfunctions
Dismantle machines and equipment using hand/power tools
Inspect, measure, and test parts for wear and alignment issues
Realign and adjust components using hand tools
Repair air hydraulic pipes and install new ones
Maintain and troubleshoot power distribution systems, lighting, transformers, and wiring
Troubleshoot relay logic, control components, motor starters, and PLC programs
Repair broken parts using brazing, soldering, and welding equipment
Modify robot motion commands using a controller teach pendant
Operate metalworking tools for making or repairing parts
