Base pay range
The person hired for the position of Plant Engineering Electrical Planner will be planning and scheduling daily/hourly work tasks and providing technical direction to craftspeople for providing maintenance and repair services on manufacturing equipment, systems, and facilities to maximize reliability and runtime of production operations. Key requirements are:
- SAP-PM module software experience processing work orders and ordering parts
- Maintenance planner with electrical experience
- Maintenance planner for other crafts/trades
- Estimating work time and providing labor and material resources to accomplish tasks
- Coordinating, planning, and scheduling of maintenance activities with production, engineering, contractors, and craft people to meet schedules and business priorities
- Leads meetings and maintains documentation and records
- Implements and executes preventive and repair maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and maintenance costs
- Works with purchasing, vendors, and engineering to specify, order, and expedite parts and materials
- Provides support for safety and quality programs
- Leads or participates in special projects as assigned
- Provide work direction to craft personnel as needed

- Maintenance planner with electrical experience
- Maintenance planner for other crafts/trades
- Electrical/Technical related 2-year associate degree, preferred
- 4 years or more of electrical experience in a maintenance department, industrial plant, or campus setting
- Blueprint reading required
- Electrical, plumbing, pipefitting, HVAC, millwright/maintenance and/or mechanic experience preferred
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook), required
- Time management and good organizational skills required
- Effective communication skills required
- Able to deal with political aspects of a large corporate environment and communicate with all levels in the organization, required
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Training in confined space
Duration: 2-3 months (covering for a supervisor)
Shift: Days, approximately 6:30-3pm, Mon-Fri

Compensation And Benefits
- Pay Rate: $40-45 /hour plus benefits, dependent upon previous experience and qualifications
