Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

ReadyWorkInc is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations for a Manufacturing company in Santa Maria! The ideal candidate will have expertise in high and low voltage systems, mechanical knowledge, and project management skills. The schedule will Monday - Friday you must be available to work overtime and weekends. Minimum of 5 year of experience industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

Job Duties:

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
• Implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and facilities
• Manage industrial maintenance projects from inception to completion
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
• Schedule preventative maintenance and performing
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement
  
  

Requirements:

• Bilingual a Plus
• Preventative maintenance scheduling and performing
• Experience of industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment
• Able to read mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics
• Must keep detailed notes/ revisions of projects
• Proven experience in facilities management and industrial maintenance
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Proficiency in electrical systems, including high and low voltage
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to manage projects effectively
