Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Manufacturing Maintenance Specialist), you'll ensure the smooth operation of all manufacturing equipment. Your role will involve troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, repairing equipment, and maintaining industrial control systems. You will collaborate with other technicians, machine operators, supervisors, and department managers to resolve mechanical issues and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED, with an associate's degree in a maintenance-related discipline or two years of experience in a maintenance environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to read and comprehend electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
  • Experience with shop equipment such as hydraulic and mechanical presses, bench grinders, drill presses, milling machines, and lathes.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively relay issues and solutions to cross-functional team members.
