Job Overview:  

We are looking for an experienced post-sales leader to join our Implementation Team. As a first-line manager, you will coach and develop a team of 7-10 Implementation Managers, support high priority customers, and drive key OKRs. You will collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure customers receive a world-class customer journey with Canto.



Key Responsibilities:  

  • Lead, coach, train, develop and hire a team of high-performing dispersed Implementation Managers to help them drive towards individual and team targets.
  • Design and drive strategic improvements to scale processes, services, and systems to enable the team to exceed adoption, utilization, and retention.
  • Provide the team with guidance and support on building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Serve as a coach to navigate challenging customer situations and use cases.
  • Partner with Sales, Support, Customer Success Managers, and Account Managers to drive successful business outcomes.
  • Be a thought leader and present creative new ways to improve current processes.
  • Create a culture of accountability and execution through data driven strategies.
  • Support your team to drive successful customer adoption and engagement goals improving customer lifetime journey and value.
  • Successfully resolve customer escalations for maximum satisfaction and positive outcomes


Qualifications: 

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing Customer Success or Implementation Teams
  • 6+ years experience working on Implementation or Customer Success Teams in SaaS environments
  • Experience managing remote teams and driving culture
  • Proven track record of delivering on team goals and OKRs
  • Technically minded and possess a strong problem-solving ability
  • Ability to hire and onboard new Implementation Managers quickly and effectively
  • Strong analytical skills, and can make data-driven decisions

  • Building cohesive teams, fostering collaboration, and leveraging diverse skills to enhance implementation effectiveness.

  • Attention to detail and ability to solve complex challenges
