MikeWorldwide is seeking a dynamic and results-driven influencer sales manager to join our growing influencer practice. Fluent in influencer marketing and a strong seller, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to conversion by packing our offering, nurturing relationships, acquiring new clients, and helping us grow the practice. We are looking for a new business hunter, someone strong at prospecting and securing opportunities with influencer buyers.


Responsibilities:

· Prospect, pitch, and close deals with brands to drive new revenue growth at the agency.

· Establish a best practice pricing strategy, in partnership with the leadership team, based upon specific margin goals and industry standards.

· In partnership with the influencer team, own pitches (inclusive of deck building) for tailored proposals and influencer campaigns that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.

· Partner with MikeWorldWide marketing team to develop influencer-focused email marketing campaign to nurture key prospects. Monitor and analyze performance.

· Serve as an extension of the larger new business team at MikeWorldWide, providing updates and coordinating with other divisions and stakeholders at the agency.

· Serve as on-the-ground ambassador for MikeWorldWide at priority industry and networking events for the purpose of prospecting.


Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree.

· Role can be remote, with priority given to NY or LA

· 6-10 years track record of success in sales, preferably in an agency setting, or influencer marketing platform, digital advertising, or related industry.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer landscape, and digital marketing trends.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients.

· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

· Self-motivated with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.

· Ability to build and continually develop sales pipeline.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
