Barstool Sports is looking for a Manager, Integrated Marketing to join our growing team. In this role, the manager will curate RFP responses and proactive pitches, and create go-to-market materials to support our sales organization at Barstool Sports. This position will be based out of Barstool’s Chicago office and will report directly to the Director of Integrated Marketing.

What You'll Do
- Work alongside sales and other internal teams to create strategic proposals and marketing materials rooted in social, digital, podcast, and experiential activations that are impactful for prospective brand partners and their KPIs.
- Effectively manage a high volume of inbound and proactive RFPs.
- Help lead initial RFP brainstorms with sales and planning teams.
- Ability to ideate strong content ideas or integrations within Barstool programming – including social-first and video executions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (talent, production, brand partnerships) to vet ideas as well as develop a partnership media strategy with the planning team.
- Effectively story-tell partnership opportunities through data-driven, visual, and content-forward presentations.
- Collaborate with content and planning teams to develop go-to-market strategies for upcoming content programs and tentpoles, as well as package existing organic content to bring to market.
- Attend pitch meetings with prospective clients to present ideas and act as subject matter expert, when necessary.
- 5+ years of integrated marketing, media, or sponsorship marketing experience at an agency, sports property, brand, or media company.
- Experience working in the pre-sale process to develop strong partnership pitches – with storytelling, strategy, and design at the core.
- Get shit done attitude with the ability to problem solve, work under pressure, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a presentation professional with expert use of PowerPoint, along with strong familiarity with other Microsoft Office products and Google Suite.
- Passion for sports and entertainment, with a strong understanding of Barstool Sports, our talent, and franchises.
