In the role of Manager within our Oracle Data and Analytics team, you will guide clients through their data transformation journeys, implementing and optimizing Oracle’s data solutions to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Data and Analytics Projects: Oversee the development and implementation of data strategies focused on governance, management, and analytics.
Team Leadership: Manage a diverse team of professionals, including business analysts and developers, fostering an innovative and collaborative environment.
Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and design tailored solutions that address specific business challenges.
Solution Design: Create and implement effective data architecture, analytics solutions, and governance frameworks with input from subject matter experts.
Technology Assessment: Evaluate and recommend the best technology solutions for driving business improvements.
Project Management: Manage project timelines, risks, and ensure successful delivery by overseeing resources and budgets.
Communication: Translate complex concepts into clear messages for stakeholders while upholding high ethical standards.
What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience: At least 6 years of experience in data strategy and governance management.
Skills: Proven ability to lead data-focused teams and projects with experience in tools such as Oracle OFSAA, Power BI, and cloud platforms.
Expertise: Strong background in data architecture and financial systems, with a preference for agile data modeling.
Leadership: Ability to coach team members fostering an atmosphere of trust and collaboration.
Travel Requirements
Up to 60% travel may be required.

Salary Range
