This position leads efforts to gather business requirements and create reports needed to maintain the Labor Management System and Performance program of the NAM Distribution Center network. This role analyzes and provides insights to the Engineering and Operations team based on trends. The role is also responsible for bonus calculation and data validations.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering
Gain an in-depth understanding of the to-be reporting options, identifying warehouse-specific reporting gaps vs operational requirements and business needs.
Ensure that business objectives and critical needs are fully supported and harmonized with the overall data framework and consistent across the network.
Translate business requirements into technical requirements and partner with business to provide best practices for reporting most efficiently with the fewest revisions.
Reporting Creation
Develop reports including back-end solutions using Oracle
Build user-friendly reporting where end users can consume and analyze data using BI solutions
Create business requirements for additional data feeds required from/to WMS or other systems.
Analytics
Analyze data sets and provide feedback to the Program Manager or DC Operations teams where data anomalies occur.
Identify patterns and resolve issues where data collection may not provide an accurate representation of Employee Performance scores.
Partner with DC Operations and Engineering on new job functions that require metrics to measure performance or adjust existing metrics. Provide recommendations based on data sets.

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree.
3+ years of relevant business experience
