The Manager, Commerce Media is responsible for the coaching, development, and progress towards future promotion of all Account Managers on their team, and for ensuring that all clients managed by their team are properly supported. In addition, the Manager, Commerce Media supports the execution of strategic development, client relations, performance metrics for their applicable book of business as well as supports sales/marketing alignment within their pod.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work in tandem with Senior Pod leadership team to develop Account Managers to ensure they have the necessary skills to be able to implement their role to the best of their ability and are able to become eligible to advance to the next level of their career
• Strive to challenge your account managers to grow their accounts and provide actionable feedback
• Regularly support account team members, work to resolve challenges, and proactively identify opportunities for client growth/expansion
• Monitor and drive forward successful client delivery and strategy to meet and exceed goals for all clients within your purview.
• Manage-up established team KPIs to the Senior leadership team using internal dashboards
• Act as leadership support, foster client relationships and serve as a point of escalation for key accounts within your purview
• Work in tandem with Senior Pod leadership to provide ongoing training to all direct reports using information and trainings within commerce media ecosystem
• Assist Senior Pod leadership team with larger team initiatives, hiring, process refinement and thought leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Understanding of relevant commerce media platforms such as, but not limited to: Amazon, Walmart, Criteo, etc.
• Commerce media hands on keys account management experience, a plus
• 1+ years Management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Multiple retailer and/or channel experience, a plus

The hiring salary range for this role is $95,000 - $110,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.

Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
