We're seeking a dynamic Manager of SEO Services to join our team. In this role, you'll work with top content creators to teach SEO best practices and implement evidence-based SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will be data-driven with experience in testing methodologies and establishing SEO best practices.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Help deliver a comprehensive SEO program to Raptive’s largest creators
  • Build data-driven presentations for creators
  • Lead "Office Hour" meetings to answer questions from creators and review their performance
  • Address SEO-related email questions from creators taking part in the program
  • Support the SEO Service Directors in developing data-driven SEO strategies and best practices
  • Gather creator feedback and work with the solutions team to help shape our SEO programs


The skills and experience you bring to the job:

  • 3+ years of SEO or relevant experience in the digital publishing industry
  • Expert within the field of SEO and specifically from the perspective of content creators
  • Experience working directly with creators, editors, or writers
  • Experience working with established workflows and processes
  • Excellent communication skills with internal stakeholders, partners, and clients and the ability to turn complex ideas into actionable and understandable materials
  • Ability to drive impact in situations with a high level of ambiguity
  • Strong ability to analyze data, build compelling stories, and align diverse stakeholders around a unified vision
  • Experience in a startup or similar fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000. The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities. This role is eligible for additional incentive compensation that isn’t included in the posted range.
