We have an exciting new opportunity for a Manager of Talent Management to join our client in Doral, FL. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies, policies, and programs that align with a company's business goals by attracting, retaining, and developing exceptional talent who embody our company values and drive the organization towards excellence.


This role will be onsite 4-5 days per week and offers competitive salary, bonus and benefits.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and hiring process to attract top talent that aligns with the company's values and goals.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and promote the company’s employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
  • Onboarding: design a process to help new employees acclimate to their roles, the company culture, and their work environment.
  • Performance Management: Develop, implement and coordinate the performance management process that fosters a high-performance culture, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Leadership Development: Design and deliver leadership development programs to cultivate future leaders within the organization.
  • Talent Reviews: Establish a talent review process, conducting the reviews cycle to assess and manage the performance and potential of employees across the organization.
  • Succession Planning: Create and execute succession plans to ensure the continuity of leadership and critical roles.
  • Cultural Transformation Initiatives: Lead initiatives that promote and sustain the desired culture.
  • Engagement Surveys: Design and manage employee engagement surveys to gather feedback and drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Internal Communication: Oversee internal communication strategies to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging communication throughout the organization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in talent management, HR, or related roles.
  • Proven track record in leading talent acquisition, performance management, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Strong experience with talent acquisition, performance management, change management and engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a non-structured environment, being able to build initiatives and executive them while managing multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
