Job Description

As the Talent Manager for Tiffany & Co., you will be responsible for leading and implementing talent management initiatives that support the organization’s growth and business goals. These initiatives include the Performance Management Process, Career Pathing, Talent Reviews, Talent Mobility, and Communications.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a deep understanding of talent management standard methodologies, and experience in implementing organization-wide programs and processes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building successful relationships with the Global Tiffany business and across the LVMH ecosystem. To ensure client needs are met in line with organizational goals, the Talent Manager must be proactive and have the ability to solve problems in a timely manner.

Location: This position is in-person with a hybrid schedule at our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.

Talent Management

Manage the annual performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.

Partner with HRIS to ensure system capabilities and reporting tools are aligned with process.

Effectively communicate updates, instructions, milestones with key stakeholders including HRBPs, Leadership team, Managers and Employees across wide variety of channels (webinars, email, in-person meetings).

Implement an organization-wide Performance Improvement Plan strategy.

Conduct regular check-ins with regional and functional teams to provide support, gather feedback, and address any performance or development needs.

Talent Development

Partner with the Director of OETM and the global Talent community for ongoing talent assessments and individual development plans.

Support quarterly talent reviews with regional and global teams.

Organization Management Review (OMR) support the annual OMR process as a central leader responsible for collecting, curating, and delivering content for LVMH Group level review.

Partner with DEIB to enhance and align on talent strategies.

Collaborate with broader HR team to develop a flexible career pathing strategy that will support employees as they continue to grow with Tiffany, aligned with internal talent sourcing needs.

Work with the broader Global Talent team to support internal and external career mobility for our talents.

Work with Learning and Development team to ensure appropriate talent development plans are in place for identified top talent.

Project Management

Develop and implement talent management strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Lead and coordinate talent-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organization goals and timelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, deliverables, and resource requirements.

Support Continuous Improvement efforts across the broader Global Talent Team.

Lead and/or participate in special projects related to talent management and organizational development.

Partner with the larger OETM team to deliver Talent Reviews, Mobility, Annual Organizational Management Review process; ensure alignment across all Talent Processes (OETM).

The hiring range for this position ranges from $130,000 - $165,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience. Management is also eligible for bonus.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in Talent Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet multiple target dates in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with collaborators at all levels in the organization
  • Creative approach and ability to think in an unexpected way to develop innovative employee engagement initiatives and branding strategies
  • Ability to be agile, pivot quickly and proactively problem solve
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
