Manufacturing Associate

Ridge Corporation is seeking experienced production associates and coordinators for fulltime employment opportunities. It is helpful for candidates to have experience in manufacturing and reading tape measure; however, we provide on the job training as well. The persons selected will be working directly with other members of the production team as well as safety, quality and engineering.

1st shift 6am - 2:30pm

2nd shift 2pm – 10:30pm *employees receive additional 8% shift differential

Employees have the potential to earn and additional $2/hr in the first year of employment!

• Machine operator and/or machine maintenance experience
• Ability to create/modify start up, shut down, and operating work instructions
• Experience with Lock Out Tag Out or basic knowledge of it
• Ability to manage multiple projects and to independently troubleshoot
• Ability to read and apply customer and Ridge print specifications
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and with a team
• Self-Motivated
• Ergonomic requirements:
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to use power tools safely
