Hiring and mentoring new engineers
Collaborate with maintenance and production to optimize machine uptime
Capital expenditure projects including ROI and feasibility studies
Focus on automation and standard work
Implement Lean and 5S activities
If you have 10 years of engineering experience with at least 2 years as a leader, I'd love to connect with you! A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required and your Lean or Six Sigma certification is extra impressive!
