Manufacturing Plant Manager

Confidential client of Addison Group's in the Greater Philadelphia, PA area seeking Plant Manager for food packaging facility. This role will require five days onsite.

Responsibilities include:

• Management of union employees
• Experience with leading all functions of operations- human resources, finance and budget, quality assurance, maintenance and sanitation
• Establish and enforce all organizational standards
• Maintain workflow, monitor staff and ensure equipment is operational

Requirements include:

• 10+ years warehouse and packaging plant facility experience
• Food safety knowledge, certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience
• Ability to operate in fast paced production environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
