Our Technicians work a Compressed Work Week (CWW). This means that each pay period you work three 12-hour shifts one week, and four 12-hour shifts the following week*. Per California law, you will be eligible for Overtime Pay (1.5X Hourly Rate) for all time worked over 8 hours in one shift (24.5 hours of OT per two week pay period).

C Shift (back half days) - 6am - 6:15pm Thursday - Saturday, and every other Wednesday

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Properly complete all paperwork, maintain proper separation of product per job and/or lot number at all times
  • Consult with quality assurance on product appearance and performance
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of TFE & Metrology area, maintain a professional and respectful work environment.
  • Willing to work CWW shift structure, 6AM-6PM 12-hr shift

Education, Experience, And Skills Required

  • Minimum 5 years hands on work experience directly in 300mm wafer processing of thin film sputter, dry etch and wet etch process
  • Processes, including substrate cleaning, vacuum sputter deposition, plasma dry etching, Au/Cr wet etching and metrology.
  • Hands on experience with chemicals handling.
  • Hands on experience in inspection for MEMS device using wafer inspection microscope.
  • Familiar with metrology tools, such as Hologenix, CD measurement Cyber, XRF, Dage shear tool and Z-scope.
  • Minimum 2 years technical degree.
  • Good with verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in using computer and familiar with MS Word and Excel
  • Detail oriented and good at following instructions.
  • Good collaborator.
  • Properly complete all paperwork, maintain proper separation of product per job and/or lot number at all times, consult with quality assurance on product appearance and performance, maintain cleanliness and organization of TFE & Metrology area, maintain a professional and respectful work environment.
  • Experience in Photolithography processes is plus, including resist coating, alignment with aligner and developing process

The pay range for this role in Baldwin Park, CA is between $27.90 and $ 35.59 . The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
