The Market Growth Manager plays a critical role in working with distribution and payer partners to help grow the HHMG Medicare panel.
The Market Growth Manager will
Engage with health plans, brokers, and strategic senior organizations to drive overall awareness of HHMG in the Medicare market
Drive growth in HHMG's Medicare patient panel
Promote affinity and engagement among the payers, clients, and distribution partners
Our Market Growth Manager will be responsible for:
Responsible for cultivating successful partnerships with HHMG’s MA payer-partners and with to grow HHMG MA membership in alignment with Harbor’s strategic growth, payment model and priorities.
Responsible for cultivating successful partnerships with MA Brokers, including but not limited to:
Selection, training and consistent review and follow-up with local market brokers regarding lead disposition
Weekly and monthly reports tracking leads, results and engagement based on leadership direction, and supported with Enterprise tools. Analyzes data to identify opportunities
Development and execution of on-site broker activities in support of AEP
Responsible for development and execution of T65 programs
Responsible for adherence to all regulations
Successful Market Sales Growths will have:
Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of relevant experience
5 years successful experience attaining sales results in Medicare marketplace
Physician, broker and health plan engagement experience preferred
Deep understanding of Medicare Advantage compliance regulations
