About this Project: it will be a 3-month intense startup project. Key personnel must be full time and on-site. 

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full-Time Research Intern to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct in-depth research on dancer activities and dance events happening across the United States. This information will be crucial in helping us curate and share valuable opportunities with our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and compile comprehensive lists of upcoming dance events, workshops, castings, performances across the United States.
• Identify key dancer activities, including auditions, competitions, and collaborations.
• Analyze trends within the dance industry to identify emerging opportunities and popular events.
• Maintain and update a database of dance events and activities, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to share research findings and help promote relevant events on our platform.
• Assist in creating content that highlights upcoming events and opportunities for our community.
• Monitor and report on the success and impact of events featured on our platform.
• Gain insights of priority for us to pivot the marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

• Passion for dance and a strong understanding of the dance industry are strongly preferred.
• Excellent research skills with the ability to gather and synthesize large amounts of information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) or similar tools.
• Experience with social media or content creation is a plus.
